Wk2 B: Business Research

I have chosen to research five massage and spa businesses since that is the business industry I am in. Here are the businesses in no particular order: Cal-a-Vie Health Spa https://www.cal-a-vie.com/ Cal-A-Vie Health Spa is a luxury wellness retreat located in Vista, California, USA. It is a high-end destination known for its holistic approach to health and well-being. The spa offers a range of amenities and services, including fitness classes, spa treatments, nutritious dining options, and personalized wellness programs. Cal-A-Vie uses Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. They have 16.8K followers and post twice a week on Instagram and seem to favor this platform. They have diverse content that is informative. The have 6.2K follewers on Facebook and post about once per week. They also have a Pinterest account but do not interact with it much.  Cal-A-Vie uses a few different platforms. Week 2: Business Reviews

  I’ve left reviews for SoCal Taqueria and In The City Beauty Supply & Salon on Yelp. Both businesses are in Murrieta, CA.  The image quality it not all that great, but the first two reviews are the ones I left for these businesses.

Week 2 Part A: Communication Between Business & Consumer

I graduated from high school in 1997, and as a graduation present, my (single) mom got me a manual 1988 Volkswagen Cabriolet. Yes, 1988. It was a cute little car with some issues, like reverse not always working. To engage reverse, you pushed the stick shift down and up into 1st gear, but it didn’t stay there. Once, I turned the wrong way on a one-way street in Downtown San Diego and saw my life flash before my eyes, but that’s a story for another day.   The story I’m sharing today is about the last time I drove that car. My boyfriend (now husband) and I were pulling into my apartment complex when the front axle felt like it popped off. It didn’t; the CV boot broke, and the car had to be towed to a mechanic. At that time, I practically lived out of my car, hating to drag everything to my apartment.
